Canny Bacon
Our Canny Bacon is marinated in honey from bees in the nearby hamlet of Guyzance and the wild moorlands around Rothbury. It is left to marinate over a number of weeks to produce a beautiful sweet taste with a hint of wild heather. Gorgeous!
