Our Traditional Northumbrian Oak Smoked Back Bacon is our biggest seller, this bacon has been smoked in a traditional Northumbrian smokehouse using old tried and tested methods. Our backs are hung and left to smoke for at least 3 days using oak chippings which leaves a unique and delicious taste incomparable with any other smoked bacons.
